In the vision of the ten horns given to the prophet Daniel, we saw that when the Anti-Christ is manifested in the earth that three of the horns will be plucked out by the roots. And so we see from this passage, that before the Anti-Christ is manifested in the earth and before they join with him to invade the nation of Israel, that one of the first things that these ten leaders will do, is that they will be used by God to destroy the harlot, for the scripture says that “God has put it into their hearts to fulfill His purpose”. In the following section we will discuss just how these leaders will destroy the world’s system. But in this section we want to concentrate on how it is possible that these ten leaders will be able to orchestrate such a destructive event in the earth, and not be held to account. For if this act of global destruction were to be taken by leaders of nation states, then there would be quick and decisive retribution taken by the rest of the world against those nation states. However, scripture plainly reveals that no retribution occurs after the world’s system is destroyed by these ten leaders, for these same leaders continue to reign with the Anti-Christ until the end of the age. So why is that? The reason is, because it will not be secular leaders of nation states that will instigate the destruction of the harlot.
