Revelation 14:1-4 “Then I looked, and behold, a Lamb standing on Mount Zion, and with Him one hundred and forty-four thousand, having His Father's name written on their foreheads. … (4) These are the ones who were not defiled with women, for they are virgins. These are the ones who follow the Lamb wherever He goes. These were redeemed from among men, being first fruits to God and to the Lamb.”
Because it falls outside the scope of this teaching, we will not look in any detail at those the bible refers to as the “one hundred and forty-four thousand”. But I will make a brief mention of them here. The reason for that is because the one hundred and forty-four thousand will be among the first Jewish converts under the ministries of the two witnesses, for notice that the above scripture refers to them as being first fruits to God and to the Lamb. In other words, these Jewish men will be among the first in Israel to accept Jesus as their Messiah through the gospel preached by the two witnesses.
