1 Peter 1:3 “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.”
We have seen in the previous section that it is entirely scriptural to declare that every spirit born into the earth is born of God. That truth is confirmed to us by the apostle Peter in the above quoted passage of scripture, for in this passage Peter teaches us that believers are begotten again by God. And so we see that if believers are begotten again by God, it must of necessity mean that they were once before begotten by Him. So when was that? All believers were originally begotten by God when they were first born into the earth, for their spirits were born of God. That spiritual truth is not only applicable to believers however, for that same principle is true for every child that is born into the earth i.e. every spirit born into the earth is born of God.
John 1:9-10 “That was the true Light which gives light to every man coming into the world. (10) He was in the world, and the world was made through Him, and the world did not know Him.”
So why do we say that every child born into the earth is born of God? The bible teaches us in the above quoted passage of scripture that Jesus is the true Light which gives light to every man coming into the world. Every man comes into the world when they are born into the earth, and the light that Jesus gives to every man that is born into the world is the light of their spirits. And so when the Holy Spirit says every man, He means every man, i.e. every child that is born into the earth, no matter what race or nationality.
John 1:1-4 “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. (2) He was in the beginning with God. (3) All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. (4) In Him was life, and the life was the light of men.”
Man is not born into the earth in spiritually death, and neither are they born in spiritual darkness. Every child born into this earth is born filled with spiritual life and light, and that life and light comes from God. That spiritual truth is confirmed to us in the above quoted passage of scripture, for this passage teaches us that God’s life is the light that men receive when they are born into the earth.
James 1:17 “Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning.”
We have already seen that God is the Father of spirits, but in the above quoted passage of scripture the apostle James teaches us that God is also the Father of lights. The lights that God is the Father of are the lights of every spirit born into the world. And so we can see from the scriptures that we have examined in this section that it is very clear that every child born into this world, is filled with the light and life of God. And so consequently all of mankind are born spiritually alive to God when we are first created by Him.
